Iced Pumpkin Cookies

I hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful.

We had a relaxing day filled with many new recipes.

One of our favorites are these pumpkin iced cookies.

Ivory & Gold Table

Hello Everyone!

It's time for another Tablescape Tuesday.

Our formal dining room is done in a traditional style.

It has cherry floors and two paint colors with a chair rail.

For the dishs I used my black and gold set.

I have Waterford crystal champagne glasses.

I placed onaments as a gift for guests at each setting.

I used velvet bows for napkin rings.
The centerpiece angel is made by Lenox.

I hung gold finial ornaments from the chandelier.

Trim the Tree

Hello Everyone!

It's time for Trim the Tree Thursday!

I use traditional warm reds for holiday decorating.

This is our slim style red bow tree with many feathers.

Plaid bow topper with a red satin poinsettia tree skirt

from the Martha Stewart collection.

Red crystal M is from Swarovski at Target.

The slim style trees fit very well in corners. Stairway garland with red poinsettias and gold balls. Have a wonderful week!

Topper Decor'

Hello Everyone!

I just adore topper decor' in a room.
They give a finished look to a doorway or picture.

I have used them throughout our home in many ways.

Master bath between the light fixtures on vanity area.

Master bedroom doorway into the bath. The front door in the foyer. The living room above a mirror.
The open wall from the family room looking into the kitchen.

The doorway leading into the living room. The kitchen pantry door. A topper in the formal dining room.

The laundry room above colorful baskets holding soaps.My favorite is a grape cluster topper above the stove.
