Home Sweet Signs

Hello Everyone!
It's the first time I have joined in with
Three or More Tuesday at The Gypsy's Corner.
Pay Tam a visit to view more participants.
I figured out I have a sign obsession.
They are displayed everywhere in our home.
Join me and let's take a look at a few.
Cucina is in the kitchen. The Italian word for it.
A grape topper in the kitchen.
A home plaque is in the family room.
This is from a Home Interiors catalog.
Thank you once again Alisa.
I found this blessings sign at Kirklands.
I updated the ribbon and hook. It hangs by our door.
One of my favorites is a Dorothy sign from Kirklands.
A relax sign in our bonus room.
Another nice saying is Live Well, Love Much, Laugh Often.
Our ten year anniversary was this past February.
I had Kristen make this sign for us.
I ordered this sweet sign from Amanda.
It hangs in our master bedroom on the closet door.
Another M sign from Kristen.
I have had this little door decor' pillow forever.
It's from Victoria's Secret. It hangs on my closet door.
Love is patient, love is kind, love never fails.
This hangs in our hallway next to wedding photos.
Another M from Kristen in our family room.
Coffee art in the kitchen. We are coffee lovers!
A few tuscan wine signs in the kitchen.
Do you use signs in your home?
Have a wonderful week!

Hello Dearheart...

Just read your sweet note...so happy to see you today, Girl! I do apologize at not getting over sooner...Darlin', I just can't seem to get caught up with everything! There have been things that I'm wanting to do around the house and it's taking all my time and energy it seems! Anyway...I'm so sorry...can't believe that I have two of your posts to catch up on!

I just loved the tour around your beautiful home...the entryway and into the living room!!! Your home is just sooooo beautiful!!! You know that I could move right into it and not change a thing and be soooo perfectly happy! Hehe!!! Our tastes and decor styles are really so much alike...right down to the colors! It's amazing, isn't it? Hehe! Wow...I just love your entryway...it's so grand with those gigantically tall ceilings! I love how the sage and dark red looks together! Reminds me a bit of the color scheme in a dining room that I know...hehe! I couldn't help but notice those gorgeous wood floors in your entryway too...sooo pretty! Girl, I love, love, LOVE your metal bird table...ohhh, I want one!!! Love those big chunky candleholders on that table and the pretty pineapple finial down on the floor! Your entryway really is fabulous...so warm and soooo welcoming!!! I bet you get so many Oooohs and Aaaahs from people when they first come into your home! Something else I realized as I was going through all of your home tour photos...even your hallways are gorgeous!!! Darlin', you are such a talented designer...you have a great eye for color and all the little details!!!

Now onto this present post about all of your signs! Hehe! All I can say is...I want everyone of your pretty signs...I love them all!!! Hehe! I love that ornate metal "HOME" sign...it's gorgeous!!! I think one of my favorites is that fabulous "M" initial frame that Kristen made for you...the soft aqua, white, and silver...I just adore it!!! Ohhh...I love all of your beautiful signs and they all look so pretty where you've put them all!!!

Well Darlin'...I know that I've written a book! Hehe! I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of your home and a look at all of your beautiful signs!!! I always love coming to your place...it's simply breathtaking, Melissa!!!

Hope that you're having a wonderful Wednesday, Sweetie!
Love ya,

Hi Melissa,

Thanks so much for stopping by my birthday party and the birthday wishes ;) I always love to hear from you. You'll have to let me know when your birthday is so we can have more cake (lol).

I have been trying to catch up on everyone's blogs since we returned from Ohio. I went through major withdrawls (no computer-ha). The weather was perfect though. What part of Ohio is your husband from? We were in the Akron area. It was fun but it is always good to be home.

Take care my friend!

The Blonde Duck said...

I should. Knowing me, they would all be goofy signs, nothing as cute as what you've got.

Lord, I hope this cookbook meets your expectations!

All so pretty! I love all your signs, it's hard to resist them! I love the Dorthy one, I found a frame like that when we were at Kirklands and I've been kicking myself for not grabbing it. It was on sale too!

Hi there Melissa,
Once again your home additions look so nice. You do such a good job with placement on the walls. I like these very much. A+!
When you go visiting, please stop over as I have a picture posted that ,again, reminded me of you. Something you really, really like. I won't give it away, as I'm sure you will spot it. Not the fanciest room in the house, but your delight in the object has your name on it. You will have to let me know if I guessed correctly.
Enjoy your weekend.

Melissa, I just wanted to let you know I've scheduled another "Cloche Party" for the 11th of Sept. Most people voted for seasonal and so I thought that would be a good time for a fall party. Be sure to grab the button on my sidebar to remind you and to let your friends know. I'll see you at the party. Hugs, Marty

Hi Melissa, Thanks for the compliments on my flowers! I have a little bit of everything, I went even more crazy when Lowe's had them so cheap!

You asked about the landscaping...When we built the house it came with basic landscaping in the front.(package deal) I didn't get a choice, we came to look at the house and it was done! They did a good job though. We did everything else ourselves. Exept for the trees in the back, I might have told you we had them planted. One of them has dropped all it's leaves, they are going to replace it this fall. It bugs me to look out at my patio and see a dead tree!lol...I keep watering it just in case.

I'm sure your yard is beautiful! I remember it when you first posted it in the spring. You should post it now that everything is growing. Talk to you soon! Kristen
