Mrs Dash Spicy Shrimp

Hello Everyone!
Thank you for your kind words about my weight loss!
I appreciate all of you who entered my cookbook giveaway as well.
The winner is Jan at Rose Haven. Congrats to Jan!
Here is a simple shrimp recipe that we enjoy.
Do you use Mrs Dash?
We have tried many of the flavors and they are all good.
I really believe they have helped with my weight loss success.
Here is the spicy Chipotle flavor.
We mix one pound of shrimp in a bowl with one tbsp olive oil and one tbsp Chipotle.
We use our George Foreman grill daily. Click here to check them out on QVC.
I made an easy guacamole with a mashed avacado, lime juice and S/P.
It is great with the Chipolte. You can also add chopped tomato and onion to it.
Here is our delicious and healthy dinner.
You can still eat flavorful meals and lose weight.
I'm feeling good and grateful to be healthy again.
Good luck to all of you that are on this journey.
Have a fantastic weekend!

Congrats to Jan! The shrimp looks wonderful, I'm going to try this when we go to Rockport next month. We should still be able to get wild shrimp here, I wonder what is going to happen to the supply with the disaster in the Gulf. Congrats on your continued healthy lifestyle! Kathy

I never thought to use my grill for shrimp - duh! I love Mrs Dash also.... I didn't enter your giveaway because I already own that book. Tosca Reno is such an inspiration to me since I am over 40 also. I just need to put all this good info to use. I have about 50lbs to lose, and you have really motivated me to get busy. I feel clean eating is the way to go for long term results. Have a great week. Blessings!

Looks & sounds delish! I am so concerned about the lack of seafood that appears to be in our near future. Makes me sick about this horrid spill.

How long do you grill the shrimp? I know it doesn't take long for them to cook. And yes, a George Foreman grill is wonderful!

Have a blessed week ~

Congrats on your weight loss, Melissa! You look AMAZING!

Sorry, I've been such a bad blogger friend lately, I've been so busy with end of the year school parties and festivities with the kids, I've barley had a second to sit down and breathe. LOL! This is their last week of school, so then I will be back to blogging and posting again…can’t wait!

Your blog looks wonderful! I like the new look and pretty!

Congrat's to the winner! Dinner looks wonderful! :-) I love Mrs. Dash too.

Hi Melissa!

Thank you for your sweet comments on my blog. I am getting back on track with blogging. At times I had trouble with Blogger cooperationg for I gave up plus I was busy with my life. LOL!

We have a George also but I think it dries everything out. Does it do that to the shrimp?

Thanks and have a great week!

This looks yummy Melissa. I'm frustrated with myself again because I just keep 'cheating' at the weekend and have chips and wine and end up gaining about 2lb by Monday morning :( Feels like I'm getting no where but it's my own fault.
Will have to do better today. Have a great week.

Your shrimp recipe sounds (and looks) delicious! I love shrimp, but my husband doesn't, so I hardly ever get to make it. I'm really craving it now! Do you ever use Mrs. Dash on fish? I've never tried that line of seasonings, but I think I will now!

Melissa, that looks wonderful! We have one of those grills, I will definitly be grilling some shrimp. I love avacados too... would you believe I only tried avacado dip about a year ago! I wouldn't eat it because it just didn't look good to me. I love it now! I'm going to buy some Mrs. Dash too... I need to use it instead of so much salt! Great healthy dinner!! I hope your summer is going good, we are getting ready for our trip, we can't wait!! Kristen
