Hello Friends!
As home decor' lovers we all have a dream
home we would like to own someday don't we?
Join me for a few inspiring photos I found.
Whoever owns this home must really enjoy it.
Look at the high beams, arches and large island. Can you imagine the dinner parties here?
Wow! Look at that amazing chandy and fireplace. The thing I adore about the tuscan style is the warm feeling.
Even though this room is really large it still feels welcoming.
What a pretty and private patio.
It must be like hanging out in a treehouse.
Can you imagine living here? This is just gorgeous.
I would like to visit Italy one day.
Have you seen this movie?
If not you will soon love Tuscany too.
It is really wonderful!
What's your favorite home style?
Have a fantastic week!

What a beautiful home! I can certainly see why this is your dream home! Your things would look beautiful in it.:)
This is such a beautiful home and style. I have seen the movie, a couple of times. I do love this style and some of many others too. I am a lover of many styles...our home is kind of rustic/farm house style..but i love a bit of everything, except modern! Good luck with your dream. :D
I love the movie Under the Tuscan Sun!! Hope you having a good Sunday Melissa! I went to Kirklands...doing a post soon!
Loved the movie, it was wonderful. I love big rooms, tall windows and very high ceilings and I am happy. I will change the rest to fit what I want. Right now I am really all about an Old World look with very mixed accessories. Love it. Your pictures are gorgeous and yes, I would love to have this wonderful house. Hugs, Marty
One of my favorite looks too. My daughter works for doctors that jusd built a new office, Tuscan style. It is gorgeous and looks more like a house than a doctors office, two fireplaces in the waiting roommm...Just beautiful
I love the Tuscan style too, that living room with the lovely terracotta colors is just my kinda thing. I love that movie too, haven't seen it in a while.
Have a great Sunday. :)
hugs
Denise

I love that home and could move in ...anytime!
And yes, I've seen the movie and also read the book. I think we have similar taste.
Blessings,
Debbie
Gorgeous home Melissa, you need to move to Napa California, this is exactly what you will find there. My favorite style home is not big and grand but modest. I love a 1930-40s vintage Kraftsman cottage. Simple and charming that is my fav.Kathysue
I felt like I just visted a Tuscany dream home with a gracious hostess.
Our son live in Italy for 2 years and LOVED it. I now love to eat his fabulous Italian cooking:)
I can't count how many times we have watched this movie and enjoyed greatly.
Married to an architect I tend to enjoy many different styles, except Tuscan is one of my favorite.
You look fantastic and congratulations on your weightloss... I was cheering you on and it was fun to see all you accomplished. It gave me some hope of someday accomplishing the same thing:)~♥
Ahhh...yes indeed these are all dreamy!!~ Great pics to share with us Melissa!~
Oh, what a beautiful place! I can see why you find these photos inspiring. And although most of us can't live in a house quite so grand, we can all work to make our own homes warm and inviting, can't we?
I wouldn't know what to do with something so grand! They are all beautiful. Have a great week.
I keep meaning to watch that movie. I need to tell The Hubster to get it for me. That home is gorgeous. My fave are the beams in the kitchen! They are to die for! Thanx for sharing Melissa!
I love the first house - the outside and the symmetry - amazing! My dream house is similar, with an atrium in the middle and lots of pretty iron accents.
Beautiful and inspiring photos!! I love that movie... as soon as I watched it I told my husband I wanted to visit Tuscany so much! :)
I love it Melissa!!!
Beautiful pictures! We have been fortunate enough to travel to Italy several times. My in-laws actually lived there for a couple of years. I swear the picture of the house in the background looks like theirs. The difference is they had vineyards all in their back yard! They rented a farm house from the 1700's that was still owned by a count and countess that owned the vineyard. It was amazing!
Melissa~We love the Tuscan look sooo much, that hubby laid a beautiful terracotta colored paved foundation and set a pergola on it. Bringing a touch a Italy to our back yard. We've started to add a few cast iron seating pieces to the mix. It has (affectionately) been christened with the name *Tuscany*.
It's our favored spot to enjoy... wine, cheese and antipasto.
Sweet wishes,
Sara
不簡單..一路走來辛苦了-..................................................................

all of it is gorg. I would love a beautiful French Country home. Wrap around porch big thick white beams, a red door... and LOTS of space inside. This home you are showing is gorg. Hope all is well, take care sweet friend, Hugs, Jenn

Hi Melissa, What beautiful homes.I love the tuscan style. It's so warm and inviting...Kathy
I simply can't decide what my dream home would be....a small cottage with immaculate surroundings inside and out, a Tuscan Villa with all the warmth of your dream home or an old farmhouse with a wraparound porch and 100 years of history. Any of them would be fabulous!
Many Blessings,
M.
PS - Your dream home is lovely!
Gorgeous!!!! I can see why you love it...it looks like you're style, Melissa!
I think I'm in love with the Tuscan homes! Love the green rolling hills too!
My son and DIL are looking for homes. I got to accompany them in their search! I don't think I'll go any more. After seeing these homes, everything else looks pretty lame!
I LOVE these photos! They are all so undeniably gorgeous and absolutely perfect. They certainly brought a smile to my face (especially the second one). As for the movie, I have seen it and love it. I hope you do get to Italy someday... you will never want to come back!

That is a beautiful home and the patio is lovely too.
I love to watch the Italian chefs on tv and think the food they prepare looks so fresh and delicious. I would also love to visit Italy. It seems like it would be a feast for the senses.
I have seen the movie and read the book too. Thoroughly enjoyable.
I love that style home, too, Melissa. I love wood beams in a room. I wish we had put them in our great room. I love that movie. It is one of my favs.
The home is lovely. However, I really am content with my simple little home. I used to yearn for that sort of thing..but no more. :)

That house is amazing! I use to (when I was very YOUNG) cut out pictures of lamps or other decor that I wanted one. I had a little album of different houses and such and furniture. LOL
