Visions of Sugarplums

Hello Everyone!
I am dreaming of a Christmas bedroom. I have been
inspired by my blog friends Becca, Marla and Denise.
Check out what they have done to theirs. Stunning!
Before I get started shopping I surfed around for even more
lovely inspiration. Pottery Barn also has the most precious
Christmas bedding ever. Take a look at these photos.
Which one is your favorite? I love the poster bed with garland.
Precious wreath in the window.
Aw. Look at the little frame ornament tree.
What a darling chandy and fresh colors for the holidays.
Oh so amazing and dreamy....:)
Giant snowflake love.
Neutrals and big angel wings. Gorgeous!
Love the textured basket too.
A decorated mantel in the bedroom. Sigh....:)
They make me want to live in each room.
Hanging wreaths above the bed with cheerful striped bedding.
Love.
Goodness how Christmas-y is this room!
We have pale blue bedroom walls...Hmmm...:)
A cozy Christmas classic. It looks warm.
What about you? Do you decorate your bedrooms?
~*~
You still have time to enter my redbird tassel giveaway.
The winner will be announced Sunday evening.
I hope your Thanksgiving weekend is wonderful!

These are really pretty. I don't decorate my bedroom. It's all I can do to get the 2 trees up & the rest of the house decorated.

Oh, mine is the red checked bed linens, of course. Just like my drapes in the breakfast room. Great inspiration.

My all time Fav. is the last bed because it looks almost exactly like my bedspread which is from the Ralph Lauren Chaps line! Although with 3 kids running and jumping on the bed my bedspread doesn't stay smooth for long..lol..

I have put a lil tree on our bathroom counter that has lil ornaments with our names on them.

Blessings,
Heather

Beautiful rooms, Melissa! I am gearing up to do a HUGE bedroom makeover and your photos are inspiring me to decorate the room for Christmas this year. I always do every other room in the house including the guest room and the kids' rooms, but I have never done our room for Christmas...maybe this year I will. Thanks for the inspiration!

Beautiful! My favorite are the red check twin beds. Love the little red table in between the beds too. Red is so classic and timeless for Christmas. I never tire of it.

I love a rumpled bed look and I would love to win one of your tassels! As for my favorite bed, I was captured at the beginning, the very first pic. Love it.

Hi Melissa, thanks for the tour! These rooms are beautiful. I THINK my favorites are the first and the one with the mantel and the white bedding with the birds. It was interesting to see the red bedding with the light blue walls too! It's hard to change the bedding regularly with window treatments and rugs unless they are really neutral, but I love change! Have a great day. Linda

I do don't usually do much to the bedrooms- the older two have little trees in theirs. I'm not sure what we'll do this year since they're all in one room and little missy is such a busy body!! :) My mom quilts like you wouldn't beleive and always has some sort of Christmas quilts on the guest beds at her house.

Hey there! I hope you had a wonderful holiday. And, what a sweet surprise to see your shout out to my master bedroom from last year! Thank you! And, I do apologize as you'll be disappointed in what I've done (or should I say "haven't" done) to it this year. lol. I'm drooling over the other inspirational pics. I love them all, and would welcome my bedroom looking like any of them! I love the crisp white linens and red thrown in. Yummy! Now, hurry up and post some pics of YOUR beautiful Christmas decor. Hugs, Becca

I like 7, 8 and 9. I love pottery barn too and often pick up their catalogs and just browse through them. It's like a great cookbook - sometimes it's just fun to read or look through them.

I'm following you from la bella vita's linky. =D

They're all beautiful. I think I'd choose the red patchwork quilt for Christmas. I do always put a Christmas quilt on my bed, but that's about it for decorating the bedroom here. It's the gift storage place until the tree is up :-)

Hi Melissa! Little late for the posting but oh well right. I love all these rooms but I think I just adore the last 2 rooms with all that red! Love red and the pale blue walls are so pretty. I would love to decorate our bedroom, but frankly the room is overdue for a makeover period and I would just die to show my bedroom as is right now. But hopefully comes spring and summer we are doing some painting. Cross your fingers. Have a wonderful Christmas to you and your family.
