My Christmas Favorites

Hello Friends! Mantels all decked out in Christmas finery. My all time favorite holiday music. It's so lovely. Decorated Christmas trees and banisters. Evergreens. The smell is fresh and crisp. The best Christmas movie ever. LOL! We watch it every year.New fallen snow is simply magical. The warmth of the glowing lights from windows. Christmas wreaths and red bows on every single window. Love it! Eggnog with a bunch of nutmeg. Yum! What are yours?

Those are all favorites of mine, too. I would add - having my family all together, which I will this year. Both my sons and their families, which includes 5 grandchildren.
I love this time of year and feel a little let down when it's over.
But I start right away on the Valentine's decorations and it picks me right back up again!
BTW, you do look wonderful! Wow!! When you set your mind to something----!
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

Melissa, I have that CD, too and I used to have the wreath with red ribbon on every window on the front. Ten windows and we got tired of doing it. Love to watch it snow and it can stay a day and then go away. Thanks for sharing your favs. Oh, and that is my favorite Christmas funny movie, too.

Many of your faves are mine, too! I absolutely love Christmas Vacation (along with A Christmas Story, which we play Christmas Eve and have it running most of Christmas Day). The one house with the wreaths on every window is beautiful, and I can't tell you the last time I got to drive down a snow covered road. :( Thanks for sharing such beautiful pics. Hope all is well ... Happy Holidays, Becca

What wonderful favorites you've listed! I just love your taste. :)

It's funny. . . we have so many Christmas movies, and there are lots of them that we really love. . . but Christmas Vacation is the one that seems to get watched every year, no matter what! I guess we all need a good laugh at this time of year, huh?

The snow is magical for about 5 minutes around here! Then it's just cold and gets dirty!! :) Your post brings warm cozy feelings...so American and part of me can't help but miss it all!! My friend told me she'd been back for Christmas for the first time in 5 years last year and she cried in Target because it was so beautiful!
