Giveaway, Etsy Shop, Moving!

Hello Friends!
I have a few things to share with you today.
My blog friend Kristen is having an adorable
spring bunny and handmade frame giveaway.
You must stop by her blog and enter!
Look at the gorgeous ribbon frame. She is talented!
Speaking of talented my other blog friend Ally
has started her own Etsy shop as well. Just look
at the unique cross tassel she made. I had to buy it.
Pay her blog a visit to see more!
I recenty updated you on the status of our moving situation and as
of today it has changed yet again. My hubs received a call asking
if we could move in January of 2012 instead? He said yes!
This is his ideal duty station and job. So it looks like we
will be moving sooner than expected after all. Wow! I'm ready!
I don't want to say where yet but I will take you on our house hunt
when the time comes. It seems this is the time for family moves.
This is my youngest sister Michele and her darling sons Noah, 3 and
Grayson, 1 saying goodbye to their starter home a few days ago.
They sold it last month and have started the home building process
on the home of their dreams. They are so excited! Congrats Sis!
Her blog is set to private but maybe I can talk her into sharing the
photos of it through my blog. You would love to see it I'm sure of it.
She adores Pottery Barn and has this look in mind for the decor'.
Have a wonderful week!

Here is hoping the military doesn't change their mind again on your moving date! lol I know too well how things can be with a military move having done it many, many times. I kind of miss the excitement of moving to a new place, decorating a new space and just discovering new things. I'm sure it will all go well.

Hi Melissa. Kristen and Allyson are very talented ladies. Loving their etsy items.
Congrats, on the move, especially when it is ideal for your hubby. We have moved many times with the military, too. It is always nice to have those orders in hand, right? I wish you well wherever it may be.
Congratulations, to your sister on the sell of their home, and building their dream home. What a wonderful and exciting adventure. I hope she lets you share some of her photos! =o)

have a happy day~ L

Yay for moving!!
We just moved.........about 10 minutes away. Not a house of our own but a nicer, cleaner apartment, which is close to the beach. Now to unpack.
Good luck with your move!!

We, too, are house hunting and it's such fun!!!! We hope to have found and bought by the first of the year. We love where we are now, but it's renting and we're ready to own another home. Had thought we'd be here for quite a few more years, but it's just feasible for us to own :) Look forward to going with you on your hunt!!

My parents have a beach home in North Carolina. The marines fly over when they are training.
Whenever they fly over, I think about how they are protecting our country! Proud of our armed services!

Melissa, Thanks so much for bravely sharing the news of your upcoming move. The last time we moved was from the very northern-western tip of South Carolina (as close as one could get to NC or GA!) nearly 7 years now prior to moving to the middle of the state. We have so loved our last two moves and I wish only the very best for your new home and location. I know that it will simply be lovely and I am glad that your husband will be happy with his new post assignment! Prayers and God's blessings for your new home, Melissa. Please don't lose touch. Hugs, Roz
