Hello Melissa! Welcome back my friend, I'm looking forward for your next posts :)
Happy 4th to you and your man, too! Because of you, and I needed to for me, I began in January at 188.8 and am now at 169.4!! I am not exercising as I should but am definitely watching portions and cut out some meds I was on that were not needed. I feel so much better, Melissa. Now, twenty more to go between now and 2012 :)
