Pinning For The Fall

Hello Friends!
I'm back!
I didn't mean to take such a long break from blogging but I discovered two new
addictions called Face Book and Pinterest. Lol! Do you pin? It's really fun!
It's kind of like creating your very own decorating magazine. Fashion, food or
whatever you are interested in anything you find can be pinned to your boards.
If you are on Pinterest or Face Book join me if you haven't already.
My new media buttons are right there on my sidebar. Click them to visit me!
Thanks again to the talented Jenn for my newest blog design update.
Join me to check out some of my fall decorating finds from Pinterest.
Eeek! A scary Halloween door. I'm now on the lookout for twine pumpkins.
What a neat idea to add the lanterns. They seem to be the new decor' trend.
How about hanging some mason jars with sand and candles. Neat!
Wheat bundles look dressed for fall tied with ribbon and perched in a stand. Adorable!
How simple and festive this looks. It's leaves as name tags for Thanksgiving dinner.
I love this acorn leaf frame! What a unique and simple idea.
I'm not a craft type person but I actually think I could make this one.
Most of you have seen the pretty velvet pumkins by now. Love them!
Lovely leaf cupcakes. The silver stands are little candle holders. Pretty!
Acorns in glass jars and topped with mums. So simple!
How beautiful this looks with the twine pumpkin and candle.
As you can see Pinterest gives you so many ideas. It's endless.
Are you done with your fall decorating?
Have a wonderful week!

So glad you're back blogging! Your new blog design looks great. Believe it or not, I haven't joined Pinterest yet. I don't really know why, considering I've heard such great things about it! Guess I'm behind the times. Maybe I'm afraid it will become addicting as I've heard. Ha! Your Fall pics are really pretty.

I still haven't tried Pinterest, I am too afraid I won't know how to "doit" and will just feel stupid...someday though I will give it a try and then become addicted like so many!

I am in love with Pinterest. It's so easy and fast! I can have five minutes and find inspiration. :)

Those are great fall pictures- somehow I have not seen velvet pumpkins before, but I love them!

I just got my Pinterest account set up yesterday, so it's going to take me some more time before it's all organized. I'm a little bit worried, though, because if it's as addictive as everyone says, I see more burned dinners in my future!

Hi Melissa, Oh My! I have been looking at the same things you liked!I bought a smaller twine pumpkin at Target last week in the beginning of the store and want to buy ribbon for a stem bow. I love the wheat and grass faux flowers. Liz is excellent at those arrangements. The velvet pumpkins are gorgeous but pricey the ones I saw! Love that you are on FB and enjoy your lovely comments. Blessings to you and hugs!

Hi Melissa, I was hoping they would put Sassy in the family pic, but the photographer said it was too hard to get animals to sit still. Not Sassy! I almost said something, but just kept my mouth It was the end of the day and I think everyone was tired. Not to mention the wind! He had a hard time trying to get a shot without my hair in my face! lol...

I saw you are following me on Pintrest. I don't even know what to do on there! lol...I haven't really sat down and looked at it though. If you have any tips please let me know.

Glad you like the patio! I have never put mums out there just because I don't want to spend the money and they don't last long. I did this year because of the mag. I probably will from now on...I love all the color they add!

Won't be long before you are decorating another house! How fun!

I just started Pinterest and have yet to fully incorporate anything much. Still trying to figure it out.
