Hello Everyone!
Do I need some new dresses to add to my wardrobe? The answer is *yes*.
It's been years since I bought a new one. Seriously. For many years I worked
in the fine jewelry retail sales industry and that is all I wore. Dresses, suits and
skirts all day everyday so I think I got very tired of them. Now I don't own a one.
Except for my wedding dress and a few MC ball gowns I have saved.

I love the sweater dresses...they look good with heels or boots, dressed up or down.
My downfall is high end department stores like Nordstroms and Neiman Marcus. But they have sales all the time and I never pay full price!

I use to wear suits, dresses when I worked but haven't purchased a dress in years. If I had the shape I had in my 30's-40's I would buy that purple dress! It is darling and I bet it would look really pretty on you!

I haven't bought a dress since 2004. It was very dressy as I was celebrating a special birthday! I donated it when I moved 3 1/2 years ago. Yes, I need a new wardrobe, including undergarments (just bought a body shaper and I love it). xo
Really cute dresses! I went years without wearing dresses but I've bought some the last couple of years. I bought my first maxi this summer & it's so comfy!
Melissa, these are all so pretty! I'm with you...once I left corporate America, I didn't want to see another dress or suit! Last year I did get some wrap dresses and hopped on the maxi bandwagon over the summer. If you buy any, please share them with us! I'm sure they will be gorgeous!
Oh I love all of those too. I love the oatmeal sweater dress with the tights and boots. That red ball gown is stunning! That would be a great color on you too. I don't have very many dresses in my wardrobe either. I don't go many places that require a dress and I prefer dressing casually. I used to work in an office and had to dress up everyday too. I love being in jeans or sweatpants now. ha!

Melissa, I have not bought a dress since 2008 when I stopped working. LOL Like you, dresses and suits was all I used to wear for a long time and now, I just love a pair of jeans or slacks with a nice sweater of blouse and during the summer, I have my maxi dresses. I do love all your choices and sweater dresses and so pretty and comfortable.
I love all of them. I never really have a chance to get dressed up anymore. Its so nice to look girly the only thing I hate is the pantyhose or the tights part. I think you would look fabulous in any of your choices! xoxo
These are all gorgeous Melissa. Lord I miss my old body. I would have snagged any of them. But alas my menopause middle prevents me from wearing anything to clingy... xo

I actually live in dresses all spring and summer. They are cooler than shorts to me and I can wear them anywhere. Love them. I can dress them up or down. Of course, I live in Florida so it makes sense. I actually have pretty good luck at our local Ross.
